Please affirm that you have read and understand the following membership rules and obligations: *

No flipping of wine purchases. If First the Wine determines that you have purchased wine and then resold it with 24 months of purchase, First the Wine reserves the right to terminate your membership without cause or notice. A minimum if 48 hours and up to 72 hours is required before delivery or scheduled pickup of wine purchases. Exceptions to this rule will be so stated in writing via email and sms. All deliveries are priced accordingly. Minimum charge is $35. A valid credit card must be provided to First the Wine. A Credit cCard Release Form will be sent to you upon successful completion of this application. You agree to receive from time to time email and/or sms solicitatons, newsletters, and other information regarding First the Wine, its products, events, and Wine Adventures. To maintain your membership, you agree to spend a minimum of $1,000 every twelve months. Any exception to this requirement needs to be requested via email at sales@firstthewine.com
